    You can add fund by any of these options. Payment by cash at our office, will be available immediately.   • How to post a property ad?

    Login using your details and go to 'Advertisement > Post New Ad'. Select 'Property' radio button. All your 'Ready for Ad' properties will be listed in the dropdown below. Select the ad listing type from the dropdown click on 'Post Ad'. Your property will be live immediately.

  • How can I add photos for my property?

    Login using your credentials. Click on 'Properties > Manage Property Photos'. On this page you can select the property first and then upload the photo. All photos are screened before they appear on our site. You may delete photos at anytime from the same page.

  • What is default property photo? How can I set one for my property?

    When user searches for properties, we show default photo along with basic property details on search result page. If you upload only one photo, it will be automatically become default after approval. If you upload multiple photo, simply click on the 'Set as Default' link under the photo on 'Manage Property Photos' page. If you delete a default photo and if you have more photos, system will automatically make the oldest photo as default.

  • Will my property be live immediately after I add it to my account?

    All properties will be screened by our team before it can go live. Once approved, a property will show status of 'Ready for Ad'. You can check the status of your property from 'Properties > Manage Properties' to see if it is 'Ready for Ad'. Approval process is fast and generally your property will be available to go live quickly.

  • How much does it cost to post property ad?

    Several ad packages are available to post a property ad. In order to buy an ad package you need to login first. Once you login, click on 'Advertisements > Buy Ad Package'. On this page just fill up the required quantity you would like to purchase and place final order. You can use your ad package immediately after purchase. So if you have not registered yet, please register and login to view our rates.

You can 'hide/unhide' any ad by cliking on 'Hide/Unhide' button at any time. Please do remember that this does not change the ad expiration date.

    First login using your details. Click on 'Add Requirement' on dashboard or click on Requirements > 'Add Requirement' in left navigation panel. Simply fill up the required details and your property will be added to your account. All properties are subject to approval by our screening team.

  • How to post a property ad?

  • How do I get response for my ad?

    All response to you ad is stored in your message box. After login, click on 'Message Box > Received' to view your messages. If a message is new it will be listed in using bold fonts. You will be able to find out about who sent the message, his/her contact details, for which item they are interested in and when the message was sent.

  • How do I get contact details of the advertisers whom I have contacted?

    All response sent by you is stored in your message box. After login, click on 'Message Box > Sent' to view your messages. If a message is unread it will be listed using bold fonts. You will be able to find out about whom you sent the message, his/her contact details, for which item you are interested in and when the message was sent.

  • Can I download details of users who have sent response to my ad as well as advertisers whom I have contacted?

    Yes, you can download all of your received and sent messages. First login and then click on 'Message Box > Received' or 'Message Box > Sent'. Click on 'Download Messages' link at top right, on this page select the options and click on 'Generate File'. You may create file in plain text(compatible with notepad) or open office xml format(Compatible with Open Office/MS Excel or Similar Applications). Once the file is generated, simple click on file name to download and save on you computer. You can download your messages as many times as you want. All messages will be available up to 7 days after an ad expires.

  • What is 'Ad Package Validity'? Will it expire if I don't use it?

    Yes, any 'Ad Package' purchased must be used before it expires. Remember, no refund is given for expired ad packages, nor do its cost can be used to buy new ad packages.

  • Can I renew my ad once it expires?

  • What is your refund policy? Can I get refund for my unused ad packages or remaining balance?

    There is absolutely NO refund for ad packages you have purchased, whether you use it or not. Besides, we don't guarantee certain number of response for any kind of ad on our site. So once you place an order for ad package, there will be no refund for that. Secondly, you can not request us to change your ad package for the ones you have not used (No Exchange). 
    Yes, you may get refund from your available money with 10% administration charge at anytime.

  • Can I edit my property or requirement if it is live?

    Yes, you may edit only certain details when a property or requirement is live. Few things can not be changed once a property or requirement is added. All text changes are subject to approval from our screening team.

  • Why don't I see 'View Contact Details' or 'Bookmark' button for the ads I have posted, when I am logged in?

    Simply because you can not send message to yourself. Neither you would want to bookmark your own property. This features are designed to let other user contact you or bookmark your property/requirement. If a property/requirement is posted by you you will see 'Posted By: (You)' on search result as well as details page.

  • Why don't I get my mobile verification code by SMS?

    Sometimes when the SMS service is out of service temporarily, You won't be able to get verification SMS code. In this case you may request verification SMS after few hours. If you still don't get SMS, please contact our support team.

  • Can I put my email and phone numbers in text fields while adding property or requirement or writing about my company?

    No, you can not mention your contact details (email or phone numbers) in any of the text fields. The reason we don't allow this is because any user can put any email or mobile or land line numbers. Those contact details might belong to somebody else who might have not even  registered on this site. Secondly various spam engines do scan these details freely and they can misuse them. In such case we can not determine nor even stop such kind of misuse. So you should always avoid entering your contact information directly in any of the text fields other than when it is specifically described to enter such information.

  • When would my property or requirement details will be disapproved?

    In following situations our screening team will disapprove your property and/or requirement.
    If you have entered your contact details in description or other text fields
    If you have entered garbage text or bad words or explicit content
    If you have entered any malicious scripts or potentially dangerous content to harm this site
    If you have entered any kind of abusing or other law violating content
